Compliance and quality protect consumers, affiliates, publishers, buyers, and AJ Ventures alike. This page sets out the expectations that apply across every campaign and partnership on our network.
These expectations are shared in writing during onboarding and apply equally to affiliates, sub-affiliates, publishers, and buyers.
Calls must originate from real consumers with a real service need. Manufactured urgency, coached intent, or scripted framing is not accepted on the network.
Partners must obtain and document proper consumer consent before contact, consistent with applicable telemarketing and consumer-protection laws, and present accurate, non-misleading claims.
Ads and landing pages must accurately represent what the consumer is calling about. Deceptive layouts, false localization, or misleading claims are prohibited.
Affiliates and publishers must disclose source and sub-source information before sending traffic. Undisclosed sources may result in campaign suspension.
Traffic must come through the channels agreed for each campaign. New channels, creatives, and angles require written approval before launch.
Affiliates are responsible for the compliance and behavior of their sub-affiliates. Hidden or unmanaged sub-affiliate traffic is not accepted.
Where required by law or enabled by the campaign, call recordings may be used to review quality and compliance in cooperation with buyers.
Affiliates, publishers, and buyers are expected to participate in reasonable, timely reviews of quality concerns raised on either side of a call.
Concerns may result in coaching, campaign-setting updates, traffic adjustments, or suspension in serious or repeat cases. Standards are enforced consistently, not selectively.
The practices below are prohibited across every campaign and partnership on the AJ Ventures network.
Compliance protects consumers, partners, and buyers at the same time — these expectations apply across the network.
Performance marketers and publishers running home service campaigns. You obtain consent, use approved channels, disclose your sources, and represent every campaign accurately.
Partners working within affiliate programs. You are held to the same standards as the affiliate who introduced you — and that affiliate is accountable for your traffic.
Contractors, call centers, franchises, and brands receiving calls. You handle consumers professionally, honor campaign terms, and cooperate in quality reviews.
This page sets out general network expectations and does not replace the terms of an applicable affiliate agreement, buyer agreement, insertion order, campaign document, or applicable law. Where this page and a signed agreement differ, the signed agreement controls. Questions about how these standards apply to your traffic? Ask us before you launch — not after.
